SICK POLICY

As a mama, this is a big one for me since I work in such close proximity to people! If you or someone in your household has been sick or feeling unwell within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me directly or cancel your appointment VIA the confirmation link. I will gladly reschedule you!

 Please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms, you will be rescheduled and charged 50% of your appointment fee (so please if you are sick or not feeling well, let me know by calling or texting ASAP, especially if it is within 24 hours of your appointment). 

If you are experiencing the following symptoms, you MUST reschedule:

  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Diarrhea
  • Vomiting
  • Runny Nose
  • Sore Throat
  • Cough
  • You are currently taking an Antibiotic
  • You have a skin infection, such as ring worm or athletes foot
  • You, or someone in your direct care, has a cold, sinus infection or the flu.
  • You, or someone in your direct care, has been diagnosed with Influenza, covid-19 or any type of respiratory virus within the past 7 days.

I understand the the onset of symptoms may not always have the best timing. Even if it is less then 24 hours notice, it is always best to let me know rather then coming in while sick or not showing up for the appointment. We reserve the right to waive the fee in such cases. Ultimately, we care about your health and want everyone to remain healthy and be able to relax and enjoy their service!

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that things happen outside of our control and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Out of respect for my time and other clients who are waiting for an appointment, I kindly ask that you reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment so that can allow for enough time to fill that spot.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. This means you can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge, up until 24 hours before your service. After that you will be charged a fee. A credit card is required to be kept on file to hold any appointment and will only be charged if you violate one of our cancellation policies.

Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result up to 50% of the service fee being charged to the card on file.

Communication is key, so if you have something come up and you know it’ll interfere with your appointment, please reach out asap so I can get you rescheduled.

 

LATE POLICY

I strive to provide timely and efficient services for all of my clients. Please review our late arrival policy to ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved.

  • If you are less than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced to avoid delays for the following treatments scheduled. However, you will still be charged at full value.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged 50% of the service and will need to reschedule your appointment.

I value my clients time and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy. Please plan accordingly and contact me if you anticipate running late.

 

NO SHOW POLICY

I understand that life can get busy, but please keep in mind that if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without a cancellation notice, your card on file will be charged up to 100% of the service fee. Should this occur twice, pre-payment may be required for any future services.

For the benefit of all clients, please communicate any changes to your scheduled reservation to avoid being considered a no-show.
